Trivial Pursuit Questions: 1200 Brand New Questions and Answers (2015)
”Trivial by Shirley Dee is not specifically meant to go with Trivial Pursuit board games, but it can do the job very well. The questions are divided into classic Trivial Pursuit categories: Geography, Entertainment, History, Art Literature, Science and Nature, and Sports and Leisure. The earliest in the series, the book provides 1200 questions and answers for your next trivia game. You can be sure that the questions will be interesting, as the book is based on Encyclopaedia Britannica.
The book is not limited to one region of the world. Unlike Trivial Pursuit games that can be English or American, among other countries, these questions are suitable for players all around the world. Do bear in mind that the author is British, so some of the questions might be geared towards a UK audience. The questions also use the metric system, which might be difficult for American players to translate.
The questions in this book are quite challenging. If you enjoy a challenge, ”Trivial will make a great addition to your collection of trivia games. If, on the other hand, you prefer a more relaxed game with very few hard questions, you might not get a lot of use out of this book. Trivial Pursuit Questions Music Edition (2016)
Trivial Pursuit Questions Music Edition is an early themed edition of trivia questions from Shirley Dee. The author shared that the questions were made to be played with any Trivial Pursuit game board. The questions are divided into categories that are color-coded to match the colors of the categories in Trivial Pursuit. Of course, because of the nature of the book, it can be used on its own without any game board. You can get one person to be the trivia master and ask all the questions, or take turns at asking the questions with your opponent.
The author suggested that the game is best played in teams. Because music is such a specific category, not everyone might have all the knowledge required to answer each question. If you put your heads together with your teammates, you have a better chance of winning the game. The questions are not meant to be too challenging or unanswerable. The book was written with the assumption that not everyone will be familiar with all the subcategories in the Music category.
This book is a great source of trivia knowledge. If you’re looking to learn a thing or two about music, check Trivial Pursuit Questions Music Edition out. It’s worth noting that this edition is more suitable for a US audience. However, be mindful of the fact that some of the questions might be a bit dated. They will be great for players from the age of 25.

Trivial Pursuit Questions Entertainment Edition (2017)
The next themed edition of Trivial Pursuit questions from Shirley Dee is all about entertainment. Trivial Pursuit Questions Entertainment Edition is a compact edition, so there are only 600 questions in there. The categories are as follows: Award Winners, Cinema, Television, Theatre, Performers, and Quotes. Most of the categories include international questions that are suitable for players all around the world. The Television category is the only exception, as it includes titles primarily from UK channels. There are some shows from the US and Australia, but only the ones that were shown on television in the UK.
Once again, the categories are color-coded with colors matching those in Trivial Pursuit games. You can use these questions with any Trivial Pursuit game board you have at home. If you don’t have one, the questions will work just fine on their own as well.
This is one of the less popular editions from Shirley Dee. It doesn’t have very many reviews on the internet. The good news is that most of the reviews Trivial Pursuit Questions Entertainment Edition does have are positive. If you’ve ever purchased a book of trivia questions and answers from Shirley Dee, you know what to expect.
