Trivia Crack and its younger sister Trivia Crack 2 took the world of trivia apps by storm almost 10 years ago. Both apps continue to enjoy great success and popularity to this day. One of the main reasons the apps are still doing well is because of all the features they offer. Playing a classic game of Trivia Crack is nothing like answering boring trivia questions.

The app offers its players the opportunity to chat with each other. Through the Trivia Crack chat, you can exchange a few words with your opponent during the match. This feature makes the game extra fun and interactive. It also ties in with a common complaint players have.

Some people believe that the games are prerecorded, and they are not actually playing against strangers in real time. The chat feature goes to show that that’s not entirely true and you can even talk to your opponent to make sure they are real! While that’s all fun and great, what happens to your chats when you exit them? Can you view your chat history whenever you please? What happens to deleted message? Let’s take a deep dive into the world of Trivia Crack!

So, Can You See It?

In short, yes. You should be able to view your chats as long as you haven’t deleted them. Once you’ve deleted a chat, it cannot be recovered. Trivia Crack and Etermax claim that they do not have access to the chats due to privacy laws. Once a chat has been deleted, it cannot be recovered because that would be breaking these privacy laws.

So, if you want to keep viewing your messages, be sure to not delete them by accident! Once you’ve deleted them, you can no longer recover them. However, if the chats have not been deleted, you can go back and check them anytime.

Chat History in Trivia Crack

To access your chat history in Trivia Crack, you have to open the app and log in. Once you’ve done that, click on the chat option in the bottom right corner. You will be taken straight to all your open chats. You can click on any given chat and view the messages in it.

Chat History in Trivia Crack 2

Trivia Crack 2 does not have the chat feature like its older sister Trivia Crack. It is unclear why the developers chose to forego the feature altogether and prevent users from chatting with each other. However, that does not mean the end of the social element in Trivia Crack 2. Users are still encouraged to challenge their friends to matches using social media platforms and messaging apps.

In essence, that means that your communication is limited to the people you actually know or are friends with on social media platforms. That is a relief to the parents of children that like to play Trivia Crack 2, as Trivia Crack does not feel quite as safe. Since Trivia Crack 2 does not have the in-app chat option, there is no way to see your chat history, as there is none.

Are There Any Alternatives?

You don’t have to use Trivia Crack’s chat feature if you don’t want to. There are several options out there that are just as convenient, if not more. For starters, you can use virtually any messenger or social media app. Trivia Crack 2 encourages users to communicate through Facebook Messenger, which is an excellent option. You can also use any other messenger you are used to, like WhatsApp, Viber, iMessage, Instagram, and more.

Unfortunately, these platforms only work for when you want to message a friend or a person that you already know. You can’t exactly meet a new friend through WhatsApp; you need to have their number saved in your phone’s contacts to message them. However, it’s not hopeless. There are communities of Trivia Crack players on Reddit, Discord, and Facebook. You can find them online and make new friends. My personal favorite for communities is Reddit, though Discord is a lot more popular among gamers.

How Do You Delete a Chat?

There are many benefits to deleting old chats. One of them being saving space on your mobile device. Believe it or not, little things like in-app chats can take up lots of space on your phone. Besides, what are the odds you will ever want to go back and re-read your old chats in Trivia Crack? If you have a few chats that you no longer need, you can easily delete them from the app and free up some space on your phone.

You can do so by opening the app and accessing your account. Once you’re in the app, press on the chat icon in the top right corner. Then, locate the chat you’d like to delete. Slide it to the left or press and hold it to see the Delete option. Click on the Delete button and say goodbye to the chat forever. Remember that you will not be able to recover it after that, so be careful. Before you decide to delete a chat, make sure it holds no valuable information to you and you won’t miss it.

Final Words

If you’d like to have one last look at your chat history, we’ve got you! It’s as simple as accessing your account and going through your active chats. Just keep in mind that once you’ve deleted a chat, it is no longer active and cannot be recovered. We advise you to avoid sharing and keeping important information in the in-app chat in Trivia Crack. Regardless of whether or not you know the person you are chatting with, there are better platforms for exchanging messages than a trivia game app. Don’t hesitate to delete your chat history either! It will free up some space on your smartphone and allow your apps to run faster.
